The Sacred Centre - Opened on Sat 20 April 2013.
The Sacred Centre, which is my new treatment and training room has opened on Saturday 20 april. Treatments available inlcude Tree Soul Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage, NLP and Hypnotherapy or why not try a mini Diamond Light Alignment. Usual price for these treatments ranges from £25 to £85. Appointments available weekdays, evenings and saturday mornings from 9am.
I am also running the following courses over the next few months:
Gardening for the Soul - Gardening focusing on the sacred nature of the earth and seeds and how its can help us grow our connection with nature and heal oursleves, by producing your own fruit and veg from your average back garden. Includes permaculture. This will be one Saturday morning per month price £15
Creating Sacred Space - Design your own Garden of Eden where you can find time to relax and be at peace, nourished by the energies of mother Gaia. This will be one Saturday afternoon per month price £15
Meetings with Trees - Tree awareness courses- one to one and group sessions helping people to nurture a deeper connection and undertanding of trees and how they communicate. date to be arranaged. The one to one sessions usually last around 1 -2hrs cost £30. The group sessions last from 10-4 usually at a weekend cost £40
Painting for the Soul - Classes where you can come and enjoy painting for the sheer fun and meditative relaxation it brings. No previous experience required for all ages and abilities. Starting Tuesday Afternoons price is £10- £15 all materials included.
Painting Mandalas - Tuesday Evenings working with Mandalas and our chakras. £10- £15 all materials included.
Intuitive Development - A class to help build your connection and trust your intuition. Monday evenings 6.30pm starting in May price £5-£15

Tree SoulMassage
Tree Soul Massage, uses the ancient wisdom and naturally healing ability of trees to help bring balance back to your mind, body and soul. Using woody essential oils, tree essences and polished wood to massage the body. This can include a ree Sole Massage to the feet, Tree Head Massage, or a full Tree Soul Massage
Community Tree Planting
I am currently growing lots of trees that have been given to me by people and by the universe so that we can plant trees in the community. All the trees are grown in pots so that they can be planted any time of the year. I am however struggling to find locations ideally in South Lakeland to plant the trees in the community. If you have any ideas or would like to take part in the next community tree plant event, just let me know.

I work from The Sacred Centre based at my home in Kendal. I have a treatment room and an amazing specially built wooden office in the garden overlooking the pond with views out to the countryside beyond. The space is great as it really gives the sense of being away from everything, giving you time to think.
